Legendary Hollywood actor Robert De Niro will make his television debut in Zero Day, a limited series, on Netflix. According to Variety, a US-based news outlet, De Niro is reportedly portraying a former US President in the series, which Eric Newman and Noah Oppenheim are creating. As per Variety, the series is a political thriller. Based on a story that they co-authored with Pulitzer Prize-winning author and journalist Michael Schmidt, Newman and Oppenheim developed the script.
