Xiaomi SU7 EV Launched in China: From Specifications To Design and Price, Know Everything About Newly Launched Xiaomi All-Electric Sedan

Beijing, March 28: Xiaomi launched its Xiaomi SU7 all-electric sedan in China today, with impressive specifications, design, and features. After unveiling the in 2023, the Xiaomi SU7 EV has been one of the most anticipated cars by brand enthusiasts and people looking to buy a good electric vehicle with premium specifications. Xiaomi claimed, “Xiaomi EV will completely redefine the automotive industry, marking a significant leap in its technological landscape.” Xiaomi also unveiled its first electric car during MWC 2024 in Barcelona in February 2024.

Xiaomi SU7 electric sedan was launched in China during the Xiaomi EV Launch March 2024 event. The company first introduced its highly anticipated SU7 in China in Aqua Blue, Verdant Green, and Mineral Grey. Now, the company has confirmed that it will launch nine colour options for its SU7 model. The colours are Meteor Blue (also called Cream Blue), Radium Purple, Lava Orange, Cambarian Ash, Pearl White, and Diamond Black. Xiaomi SU7 Interior Design and Features

Xiaomi introduced four colour options for its interior design – Obsidian Black, Twilight Red, Galaxy Gray and Misty Purple. The car comes with ‘water drop headlights’ with a low beam shining 160 degrees offering ultra-wide lighting, and a high beam shining 400 meters farther. The wheels on the vehicle come with multiple tyre options starting from 19-inch to 20-inch and 21-inch. The cockpit of the car also comes with advanced technology and comfortable features. On the front, the Xiaomi SU7 offers 105-litre of trunk space; on the rear, it provides 512-litre space. It also offers a 56-inch HUD (Head Up Display).

Xiaomi SU7 Other Specifications – Range, Battery, Charge

The car has a phone-mount option for a smartphone or Go Pro camera and dedicated storage options for phone and laptop or other files. The vehicle takes 2.78 seconds to accelerate from 0 to 100 and offers a top speed of 265kmph. Xiaomi SU7 engine specifications include 673 horsepower, 495kW peak power, 838Nm. Xiaomi claimed that its base model would offer a 700km range with an average speed of 90 to 120kmph. Xiaomi said that it updated the 638km range to 700km. Xiaomi SU7 Max, the high-end model of the EV, would offer the claimed 810km range and will pack a 101kW battery. The car provides an 871V high-voltage platform for charging.

Xiaomi also said that the SU7 electric cars will offer Xiaomi Pilot Pro and Xiaomi Pilot Max as auto-pilot solutions. Xiaomi also announced that the vehicle would offer XiaomiHyperOS connected features for improved customer experiences and intuitive touch controls for many functions. The customers can mount the Xiaomi Pad 6S pro. Xiaomi SU7 Price, Likely Launch in Other Regions

Xiaomi has launched its Xiaomi SU7 Standard Edition, or base model, with a 700km range and a 73.6kW battery at CNY 2,15,900 (about Rs 24.90 lakh). The Xiaomi SU7 Pro, with an 830km range and a 94.3kW battery, is launched at CNY 2,45,900 (about Rs 28.36 lakh). The Xiaomi SU7 Max, with an 800km range and a 101kW battery, is introduced at CNY 2,99,900 (Rs 35.23 lakh). The company said to start shipping the Standard and Max models from April till the end of May 2024. The company also announced the rumoured Xiaomi SU7 Founders Edition with slight improvements. The price of the Founders Edition is kept the same as the Standard and Max models.
