A model who has the “world’s biggest cheeks” is planning even more surgery.
Anastasia Pokreshchuk is famous for her striking appearance and whopping cheekbones, the result of £1,500 worth of cosmetic procedures including cheek fillers.
She says she has lost track of how much work she’s had done overall.
Now, the Ukranian model has revealed on Instagram that she intends to get two more procedures.
She responded to a fan who asked: “When will you do breast surgery and what size? And are you planning to do butt implants?”

Anastasia said she plans to increase the size of her breasts to larger than a D-cup, as The Sun reports.
She says this is because “nature didn’t give me any breasts at all.”
Asked if she was planning on getting a Brazilian butt lift, she said: “No I’m not planning to do butt implants because I will do liposuction and put the fat into my a***.”

Anastasia, who lives in Kiev, Ukraine, is not put off by criticism of her cheeks.
She said: “I understand that they look weird for other people but I don’t mind.”
Last year, she argued they weren’t big enough, saying: “You may think that they are too big but I think that they’re a little bit small, I need to refresh them again soon.”

Anastasia also has lip fillers and veneers, and has undergone procedures to adjust the corners of her mouth.
Earlier this year, Anastasia shared a throwback snap on her Instagram @_just_queen_, showing what she looked like at 26, before she spent the next six years transforming the way she looks.
She had long brown hair and no visible facial fillers.

Anastasia now has pink hair, wears coloured blue contact lenses, dramatic make-up – and huge cheek bones.
She’s asked her fans to vote for which look they prefer, writing on Instagram: “Transformation – 26 and 32. Who will you choose?”

One fan said she looks “like a superhero from Marvel” with her new look – a comment that Anastasia seemed to appreciate, responding “yes” with a love heart emoji.
Writing in Ukranian, another follower said she was “very beautiful” at 26, to which Anastasia simply responded, “No.”

The model’s transformation began the same year as the throwback picture, when she got her first facial filler at 26.
She also got lip filler and Botox injected into her forehead, and dyed her hair.
While some weren’t sold on her new look, the social media star loves her appearance.
She once said: “After I had the injections and saw the changes in my cheeks, I fell in love with them”.
