The 32-year-old Taperoo woman was arrested last night and charged almost two weeks after a 26-year-old man was also charged with attempted murder over the shooting in Kurralta Park on January 22.
Police called to a unit on Warwick Avenue about 2.30am on January 22 found a 19-year-old man standing on a balcony bleeding from a gunshot wound to his stomach.
He was rushed to the Royal Adelaide Hospital with a non-life-threatening injury.
Police allege the man and woman behind the shooting fled the scene in a white sedan, possibly a Toyota Camry, which is suspected to be a ride share or private hire vehicle.
Police are still searching for the driver of the car, and are calling for them to come forward.
The man was arrested at Prospect on February 1 and charged with attempted murder, and firearms and drug offences.
The woman has been refused police bail and is due to front Adelaide Magistrates Court today.
Anyone with information that may assist the investigation is urged to contact police.
