A video going viral on social media from West Bengal shows a female cop nearly kissing a woman while trying to prove that she is not drunk. The woman police officer has been identified as Tanya Roy, ASI of Siliguri Metropolitan Police’s pink van force. It is reported that Roy ransacked a gambling den while she was drunk on duty. The alleged incident is said to have taken place on Wednesday, October 23. The viral clip shows ASI Tanya Roy arguing with a few people, including women, as she goes near a woman and grabs her neck before nearly kissing her lips. It is reported that the ASI did this to prove to the woman that she was not under the influence of alcohol. Following Roy’s act, an argument erupts between the people and the ASI. It is also alleged that ASI Tanya Roy had assaulted two minors on the same day.
