As the video moves further, women and children are seen climbing the water tanker and using pipes to fill the water. The situation was chaotic as netizens took to the comments section to express their views. One user said it is a monumental failure as people struggle for something as basic as water, while a second user said it is important to understand the importance of water and trees.
