Statement informed that this scheme has been started jointly by the Central and State Governments. The Central government has helped to install CCTVs in cities including Kanpur, Lucknow, Agra, Varanasi, Prayagraj, Aligarh, Bareilly, Jhansi, Saharanpur and Moradabad.
