Lucknow, August 16: The Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPRPB) has released the exam city slip for the UP Police Constable recruitment exam today, August 16, 2024. Candidates can now access their designated exam centers within Uttar Pradesh by downloading the slip from the official website at uppbpb.gov.in.
The exam, which was originally scheduled for February 17 and 18, 2024, had been postponed due to a question paper leak. The rescheduled dates are August 23, 24, 25, 30, and 31, 2024. The examination will be conducted in two shifts each day, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Earlier on 17 and 18 February, the UPPBPB constable exam in four shifts where over 48 lakh aspirants appeared. But with the incident of question paper leak, the state government cancelled the exams on 24 February. Later the government assured they will conduct the exam in next six months. - On the homepage, locate and click on the “UP Police Constable Exam City Slip” link.
- Enter your registration number and date of birth in the required fields.
- Download and save the city slip for future reference.
The UP Police Constable Admit Card 2024 will be available for download three days before the exam, starting on August 20. This recruitment drive aims to fill 60,244 constable positions, with strict measures in place to ensure the exam’s integrity.
