A 26-year-old woman was arrested in Brisbane on October 4 and 38-year-old man was taken into custody at a South Station Road home in Raceview yesterday.
The man was charged with one count of murder and the unlawful use of a car.
The woman has been charged with murder.
Both will face court today.
Police believe an argument occurred between Van Vo and a group of people before he was shot.
Two other men, 26 and 30, were charged with murder on Saturday.
Detective Inspector Andrew Massingham said the four men and woman allegedly attended the Corinda home and started assaulting a man who lives there.
“At that time, the male deceased was seated in his vehicle directly opposite the address,” Massingham said.
“Upon seeing it occur, the deceased left his vehicle and confronted the persons in the front yard.”
He said the group was armed with at least two guns, including a shotgun and handgun.
Massingham added the resident, Van Vo and offenders had been involved in a dispute prior to the incident.
Investigations are continuing.
