Three elephants were electrocuted on Monday in Marandahalli, Tamil Nadu’s Dharampuri district, while crossing an illegal electric fence. Murugesan, a person who was using the illegal fence, was arrested. As per the allegations, the fence was put in to protect the crops from wild animals.
