Sydney housing: The cheapest homes with a backyard on the market in NSW and Sydney

While Sydney house prices have grown 11.2 per cent this year, there remains plenty of suburbs where buyers can get into the market on the cheaper side.

The Daily Telegraph has found some of the cheapest homes currently advertised on realestate.com.au with a price guide across Sydney and NSW.

For buyers looking for a home with a backyard, this two-bedroom townhouse in North St Marys is hard to go past.

Although, buyers might want to be handy on the tools with the Wilson Street house advertised as a “renovator’s delight” through LJ Hooker’s Jim Hickey.

The house has carpet torn up in some rooms, while the walls are dirty in others. The kitchen and bathroom also need significant work.
