The release date for Randeep Hooda-starrer Swatantrya Veer Savarkar has been locked. The project is a biopic of freedom fighter Vinayak Damodar Savarkar, popularly known as Veer Savarkar. The film is directed and co-written by Randeep Hooda with Utkarsh Naithani.
