The victim, identified as Pawan Kharwar, was attacked by Ankit Bharti and seven others on September 26 in the Shaktinagar Police Station area. The video, now circulating on social media, shows the group beating Pawan and urinating on his head, face, and mouth while he pleads for mercy. Pawan’s brother, Shivkumar Kharwar, shared the video on X (formerly Twitter), tagging Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and the DGP, demanding action. Authorities have since launched an investigation into the incident following the complaint and arrested the accused.
