Kannada star Shiva Rajkumar, affectionately known as Shivanna by his fans, is gearing up for the release of his highly anticipated film Bhairathi Ranagal. While fans and movie enthusiasts are eager to see him in this upcoming action thriller, some are concerned over recent reports about his health. During a promotional event for the film, directed by Narthan, the superstar opened up about his health challenges. Shiva Rajkumar confirmed facing health issues but assured fans he’s doing well with ongoing treatment. Shiva Rajkumar’s Health Condition
According to a report by Times Now, Shiva Rajkumar shared, “Yes, I am facing some health concerns and was initially panicked like anyone does, but everyone has given me the confidence to face it. Now, I am okay and currently being treated for it.” He mentioned that his treatment plan involves four sessions, with two already completed. Despite his condition, he continued fulfilling work commitments, stating, “There is nothing to panic about. I completed the shooting for 45 including the action sequences amidst treatment sessions. Also, I did Dance Karnataka Dance, a dance reality show. That apart, I am even busy with the promotions of Bhairathi Ranagal.”
Shiva Rajkumar’s Surgery Update
The Bhairathi Ranagal actor also discussed a surgery that may be necessary, with a decision yet to be made on whether it will be performed in the US or in India. He explained, “Mostly, the surgery would be done in the US, for which I may have to take a break for a month. By January end, I will be absolutely fine and back to being normal Shivanna. I am just being cautious these days whenever fans approach for a photo. It is just to avoid any infection. Bhairathi Ranagal Release Date
Bhairathi Ranagal, a film that serves as both a sequel and a prequel to the 2017 film Mufti, features Shiva Rajkumar in the titular role. Co-starring Rahul Bose, Rukmini Vasanth, and Chaya Singh, the film is set for a theatrical release on November 15.
