Elon Musk’s Tesla recently unveiled its highly anticipated autonomous driving or driverless taxis on October 10, 2024. The EV firm unveiled its Robotaxis, including Cybercab and Robovan, during the ‘We, Robot’ event along with the Optimus humanoid robot. Recently, Elon Musk said that Robotic taxis could help his EV firm, Tesla, to become a USD 5 trillion company in the future. He further mentioned that Tesla’s Optimus humanoid robot could make Tesla a USD 25 trillion company. Elon Musk’s Tesla will make these robots available for all in 2026; the Cybercab and Robovan will likely cost around USD 30,000, and The Optimus robot cost will likely be between USD 20,000 and USD 30,000.
