Hundreds of people were left sitting on planes across the country after an IT problem grounded flights for about 90 minutes on Sunday.
Qantas said the issue began about 2.30pm.
Initially a dozen planes were delayed, but it had a domino effect across the network.
Cabin crews told waiting passengers they couldn’t take off until the computer system was up and running again.
Many voiced their frustration on social media, with some saying they’d been stuck on planes for two hours.
In Perth, at least three flights were still delayed by more than an hour on Sunday night.
Qantas said the “minor” issue had been fixed.
