The school, managed by the Diocese of Lucknow (Church of North India), witnessed a tumultuous event on Tuesday when supporters of Bishop Morris Edgar Dan forcefully entered the principal’s chamber. The group led by a lawyer allegedly removed the current principal Parul Solomon from the chair and installed a new principal. Subsequently, the ousted principal Parul Solomon filed a complaint at the Colonelganj police station, accusing Bishop Morris Edgar Dan and others of looting, threatening, and misconduct in relation to the incident.
