Applicants complained the servers at Passport Seva Kendra offices have been down and they are being asked to reschedule the appointments. One user tagged External Minister of India Dr S Jaishankar and said the passport seva servers are down and its chaos in Pune. “Some of us cannot reschedule. Please have this looked into and help ensure those who had appointments today are processed,” the user added. Another user shared a photo from the Patna passport office showing the overcrowding in the place. It must be noted that the Passport Seva Kendra offices are reportedly facing the server down issue and not its official website.
