New footage has emerged of the moment a large truck smashed into a Brisbane bridge yesterday.
The oversized vehicle toppled as it hit the low rail bridge while driving along a major road at Corinda in Brisbane’s south-west.
Oxley Road was forced to close for hours with emergency services called to the scene after the crash, which was just before 9am.
A diesel spill at the site meant it was almost 4pm before the truck was removed and the road was re-opened to motorists.
Queensland Rail said trains weren’t delayed or impacted by the incident below the rail bridge.
It’s the second incident in less than a week at that particular bridge.
