┬атАЬAt nine and 10 and 11 and 12 years old, I was raped by my 19-year-old cousin,тАЭ shared the 67-year-old star. тАЬI didnтАЩt know what rape was. I certainly wasnтАЩt aware of the word. I had no idea what sex was, I had no idea where babies came from, I didnтАЩt even know what was happening to me.тАЭ

Winfrey said the experience taught her that a тАЬgirl child ainтАЩt safe in a world full of men.тАЭ

Earlier this week, Winfrey also discussed being physically abused by her grandmother.
