New Delhi, October 4: Nissan has launched its new subcompact SUV, the Nissan Magnite facelift 2024, in India at INR 5.99 lakh (ex-showroom). The new Nissan Magnite facelift introduces exterior and interior upgrades; on the other hand, the engines and transmission remains untouched. The new Magnite 2024 model comes with upgrades via chrome inserts, alloy wheels, and other elements that provide the car with a unique new look.
Based on the variant, the Nissan Magnite facelift can be picked with having two types of petrol engines. The 1.0-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine in the new subcompact SUV delivers a maximum 71 bhp power and 96 Nm peak torque, which the customers can pick with six-speed MT and five-speed AMT options. The 1.0-litre turbo petrol engine can generate up to 99 bhp power and 160 Nm peak torque. This engine is mated with six-speed MT and six-speed CVT transmission options. The car gets 16-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels, a bold interior design, ambient lighting, a hexagonal motif, and a spacious design. The Nissan Magnite facelift 2024 gets a larger grille that comes with chrome and gloss-black elements. The Magnite 2024 offers new LED DRLs; however, the design remains largely untouched, and the subcompact SUV gets an LED. It has a 336-litre cargo space.
The Nissan Magnite facelift 2024 cabin remains unchanged in terms of its layout and elements; however, it has a new dual-tone copper and black layout for the dashboard, which extends to door pads and upholstery. The latest model features textured panels on the door pads and four-colour ambient lighting on the dashboard. Features like auto climate control, a 36-degree camera, a wireless charger, type-C charging ports, and others are carried over in this new model.
It gets an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a 7-inch digital instrument cluster with new graphics, new auto headlamps, and a dimming IRVM. The Nissan Magnite 2024 does not offer an electric sunroof like other models in the segment. The INR 5.99 lakh ex-showroom price is set for the Visia variant. The Visia AMT variant starts at INR 6.60 lakh, Visia + at INR 6.49 lakh, Acenta at 7.14 lakh and Acenta AMT at INR 7.64 lakh. The N-Connecta and N-Connecta AMT variants are priced at INR 7.86 lakh and INR 8.36 lakh respectively. The Tekna, Tekna AMT, Tekna + and Tekna+ AMT are priced at INR 8.75 lakh, INR 9.25 lakh, INR 9.10 lakh and INR 9.60 lakh, respectively.
