New Delhi, July 25: Maruti Suzuki Ignis Radiance Edition is launched in India today at a starting price of INR 5.49 lakh (ex-showroom). The new Ignis Radiance Edition from Maruti Suzuki comes in multiple trims, including Sigma, Zeta and Alpha. The entry-level model of the new Maruti Suzuki Ignis Radiance Edition is based on the Sigma trim, starting at INR 35,000 lower price and is available with accessories worth INR 3,650.

According to reports, the Maruti Suzuki Ignis Radiance Edition was launched in India to boost the sales of its vehicles. The sales of the cars have reportedly slowed down recently in the market. Maruti Suzuki Ignis Radiance Edition Powertrain

The Maruti Suzuki Ignis Radiance Edition retains the same BS VI compatible 1.2-litre petrol engine that generates a maximum of 81 hp power and 113 Nm of torque. It gets a five-speed MT and AMT transmission. The engine and transmission combined offer a fuel efficiency of 20.98 km. The Maruti Suzuki Ignis Radiance Edition comes with a 32-litre fuel tank.

Maruti Suzuki Ignis Radiance Edition Trims and Prices 

The new Ignis Radiance Edition is launched in three variants. The Sigma variant is launched at a starting price of ex-showroom price of INR 5.49 lakh. The Maruti Suzuki Ignis Radiance Edition Zeta variant is available between INR 6.96 lakh and INR 7.41 lakh (ex-showroom). This trim costs INR 35,000 more and offers the buyers INR 9,500 worth of accessories, including cladding for the car doors, black cushions, new seat covers and door visors. With the same accessories, the Ignis Radiance Edition Alpha variant is available between INR 7.61 lakh and INR 8.06 lakh, according to the report by Autocar India. All variants of new Maruti Ignis are available in the following colour schemes – NEXA Blue, Lucent Orange, Silky Silver, Turquoise Blue, Pearl Arctic White, Glistening Grey and Pearl Midnight Black. The dual-tone colours include Lucent Orange with Black Roof, NEXA Blue with Silver Roof, NEXA Blue with Black roof.
