The cleaner had been knocking on the door for several minutes before Fallon charged out and launched into the attack.
Multiple people were seen attempting to separate the pair.
The victim was left with a broken nose and head injuries.
The court heard Fallon was getting “intimate with his partner” in the toilet stall and he thought the people outside were wanting to attack them.
It heard he was heavily influenced by alcohol.
In court, the magistrate labelled the attack as “very concerning” and sentenced Fallon to 12 months’ prison with immediate parole.
Fallon was also ordered him to pay the victim $1500 in compensation.
