An assistance dog has wowed viewers on TikTok after showing off an incredible new trick she has learned to help her deaf owner.
The heartwarming clip posted by @milathehearingdog shows the way that three-year-old black Labrador Mila lets her owner know that someone is calling her name.
Owner Mary Vanderbloemen, from Texas, USA, explains in the videoтАЩs captions that Mila has learned a тАЬname call alertтАЭ, and goes on to show how the clever pup carries this alert out.
As a friend behind the camera calls MaryтАЩs name, Mila is seen quickly heading over to her owner and nudging her knee with her nose until she gets her attention.
When Mary asks her what she wants, waggy-tailed Mila shows Mary who is calling her by going back over to her friend and giving their knee a firm nudge.
