Speaking about her background, Jaya revealed that she is an engineer who is currently focusing on farming. Jaya’s presence of mind and general knowledge were commendable; however, when she reached the INR 50 lakh question about British colonisation, she decided to quit the game. For the INR 50 lakh question, Amitabh Bachchan asked, “Which of these countries has never been invaded or colonised by the British?” The options were Grenada, Argentina, Ivory Coast and Costa Rica.

Having used her last remaining lifelines on the previous question, Jaya decided to quit the show. After sending her the winning amount, Big B asked Jaya to make a guess, and she replied, “Grenada”. However, Grenada was the wrong answer. The correct answer was Ivory Coast. FYI, the British did not colonize Ivory Coast, but the French did.
