In a chilling crime from Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, a woman named Poonam, also known as Gudiya, and her lover Manoj have been arrested for the murder of her husband, Dinesh Awasthi. According to police reports, Poonam was allegedly involved in an affair with her brother-in-law, Manoj. On April 24, Manoj reportedly attacked Dinesh with a knife, killing him, and later disposed of his body by dumping it in a nearby pond. Following the murder, the couple fled to Bageshwar Dham in Madhya Pradesh, where they attempted to evade capture by working as volunteers.
