New Delhi, October 8: Indian video game developer SuperGaming has reportedly announced the release of its much-anticipated title, Indus Battle Royale, scheduled to launch on October 16. The new video game is expected to bring a new take on the battle royale genre and may feature unique gameplay elements and an interesting storyline. Players are said to assume the position of elite operatives known as Mythwalkers to navigate a world inspired by ancient civilisations.

As per a report of Business Standard, Indus Battle Royale is set to bring a new take on the classic battle royale game by introducing a special way to win. As per reports, players will have two different ways to achieve victory. The gameplay will blend survival, fighting, and strategy. The game will also include a new feature called “Grudge,” which will let players to hunt down their opponents who have previously beaten them.
The Grudge system will allow players to take on one of two roles: Hunter or Defender. Players or teams can choose to play as either role or both during a match for a different gaming experience. The Hunter will be directed by the game to find their target, while the Defender will be warned about the threat.
Additionally, players can choose from a variety of Indian-themed characters, including Morni, Sirtaj, Pokhran, Heena, and Mech-Balika. There will also be a selection of futuristic weapons and vehicles to enhance the gaming experience. Indus takes place in a futuristic world on the mysterious planet Indus and graphics that draw inspiration from ancient cultures. In the game, players will become Mythwalkers, who are skilled agents working for a criminal group known as COVEN. Their main job will be to gather a valuable resource called Cosmium and try to defeat other players on Virlok. The Virlok is a map that resembles a floating island. The map will be known for its changing landscapes and Nirvana storms. There will be options for team deathmatches with 4v4 and 2v2 formats to make the multiplayer experience even more exciting.
