IIFA Awards 2024 Winners List: Shah Rukh Khan and Rani Mukerji Named Best Actors; Ranbir Kapoor’s ‘Animal’ Wins Best Film

Some of the biggest names in Bollywood gathered at Yas Island in Abu Dhabi for the second day of the International Indian Film Academy (IIFA) Awards 2024. The star-studded night was hosted by none other than Shah Rukh Khan. Joining him as co-hosts were Karan Johar and Vicky Kaushal. Coming to the award wins, Shah Rukh Khan took home the Best Actor trophy for his action-loaded performance in Jawan. Rani Mukerji won the Best Actress award for her stirring portrayal of a strong mother in Mrs Chatterjee vs Norway. Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Animal, starring Ranbir Kapoor, won the Best Film award. Vidhu Vinod Chopra won the Best Director award for his inspirational biopic, 12th Fail, starring Vikrant Massey. Special honours were also bestowed upon eminent cinema icons.
