We have seized the pub.” He said that cases have been registered under various sections, including: Section 420: for dishonestly inducing delivery of property; for violating noise regulations; Section 290: for public nuisance; and Section 294: for obscene acts and songs. “The cases have been registered against the pub owners, bouncers, DJ operators, and a total of 20 individuals including 10 women,” he added.
