Husband Living With Another Woman After Long Period of Separation From Wife Does Not Mean Cruelty, Says Delhi High Court
The Delhi High Court has ruled that where there is no chance of reconciliation, a husband living with another woman for a prolonged period of time after separating from his wife is not cruel. According to a division bench of Justices Suresh Kumar Kait and Neena Bansal Krishna, the husband may have found his peace by living with another woman but this cannot prevent him from getting a divorce from his wife after such a long separation with little chance of reconciliation. It was also stated that the respondent-husband, wife, and kids would all be responsible for the consequences of such a relationship.
