HealthPlix Technologies launches integration with Google to simplify healthcare access, ET HealthWorld

New Delhi: HealthPlix Technologies has launched an integration with Google to simplify healthcare access. This integration will enable patients to book appointments directly with doctors using the company’s software, affiliated with clinics with a Google business profile.

The integration marks a significant step in enhancing patient convenience, streamlining clinic operations, and enabling a frictionless experience for both doctors and patients. By allowing patients to schedule their appointments directly through Google platforms, the company is transforming clinician accessibility and making access to healthcare more efficient. With over 14,000 doctors currently using the company’s EMR across India, the integration ensures that all appointments booked via Google are unified into the clinic’s existing HealthPlix EMR system, simplifying appointment flow management.

With over 560 million internet users in India, the demand for digital healthcare solutions is growing rapidly. The collaboration aims to address that need by providing a quicker, more user-friendly way for patients to access healthcare services. It also enables clinics to focus more deeply on other critical areas of patient care.

Chaitanya Raju, Executive Director and Chief Product Officer, HealthPlix Technologies, commented, ”We are excited to partner with Google and introduce a feature that directly impacts both clinics and patients in a meaningful way. This integration not only provides a simplified experience for patients booking appointments but also enhances the workflow efficiency for doctors.”

“By leveraging Google’s wide-reaching platform, we are enabling clinics to connect with their patients more efficiently. The seamless integration with our EMR system ensures that clinics experience no disruptions while improving their operational flow.”
