In a shocking incident, a youth was run over by a speeding government bus on Thursday. Reportedly, the victim survived to tell the tale. The entire incident was caught on a CCTV camera. In the CCTV footage, the youth can be seen standing on the side of the road with his family when the out-of-control bus ran him over while also hitting 2 kids and a woman.
