Stuart Norris, a veteran car designer at General Motors, has succeeded Ken Parkinson as vice president of design for GM China and GM International, effective Sept. 1.
At the new role, Norris, based in Shanghai, oversees GM’s design operations outside North America and reports directly to GM Vice President of Global Design Michael Simcoe, GM China said.
