Her family held a gender reveal for the unborn child today, with blue glitter indicating Miller would have delivered a baby boy.

Miller’s sister Alison told 9News she wants justice and is devastated by the loss of her sister who leaves behind a little boy.

“Words can’t express how I feel about my sister. Knowing it would have been a boy. This little guy would have had a brother to grow up with,” she said.

“This is proof there was a baby that was going to be born and it got taken away from us.”

Alison said Miller’s son is still wondering where his mum is.

“But now knowing there would have been two of them running around,” she said.

Miller’s partner Philip Edmonds said he wants more justice.

The Perth dad said he’s “trying to my best with my only baby boy”.

WA law doesn’t allow for separate punishment over the death of an unborn baby.

He was charged with one count of murder and will face Perth’s Children’s Court today.
