The much-awaited IIFA Festival 2024 is set to light up Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, from September 27 to 29, with Bollywood legend Rekha gearing up for a breathtaking 22-minute dance performance. Known for her timeless beauty and extraordinary stage presence, Rekha will grace the event in a Manish Malhotra-designed costume, adding her signature elegance to the star-studded occasion. Her performance promises to be a major highlight of the event, with fans eagerly anticipating the magic she will bring to the stage.
Andre Timmins, Founder and Director of IIFA, revealed to Today News 24 that Rekha will be performing alongside 150 dancers, in what he described as a “performance of a lifetime”. The collaboration between the iconic actress and designer Manish Malhotra further elevates the excitement surrounding the event. Timmins shared, “Rekha has been working day and night on her costume, graphics and making sure this performance is of a lifetime.”
In addition to Rekha’s much-anticipated act, the IIFA Awards 2024 will feature performances by Bollywood stars Shahid Kapoor, Vicky Kaushal, Kriti Sanon, Janhvi Kapoor and Ananya Panday.
