Alice Springs Deputy Mayor Jacinta Price says she has had “an enormous amount of encouragement” around the country to throw her hat in the ring again and run for a seat in the federal Senate.
“Running for the Senate, being able to have that opportunity, means I could represent the entire Northern Territory from Canberra, which is something I’ve always been very passionate about,” she said.
