Royal Enfield has begun deliveries of its new Bear 650 across India. Launched last month as a scrambler variant of the Interceptor 650, the motorcycle is offered in five striking colour options: Broadwalk White (Rs 3.39 lakh), Petrol Green and Wild Honey (Rs 3.44 lakh each), Golden Shadow (Rs 3.51 lakh), and Two Four Nine (Rs 3.59 lakh). With prices set ex-showroom, the Bear 650 aims to attract riders seeking a rugged yet stylish 650cc machine.
The Royal Enfield Bear 650 is powered by a refined 648cc parallel-twin engine, delivering 47bhp at 7,150rpm and an impressive 57Nm of torque at 5,150rpmтАФ5Nm more than its sibling, the Interceptor 650. This enhanced engine is paired with a six-speed gearbox and comes equipped with a slipper clutch, ensuring smoother gear shifts and improved performance.

It comes with a 320mm front disc brake supported by switchable dual-channel ABS for reliable stopping power. The bike is equipped with 43mm Showa upside-down front forks offering 130mm of travel, along with upgraded twin rear shocks providing 115mm of travel for a comfortable ride. Riding on 19-inch front and 17-inch rear multi-spoke wheels fitted with dual-purpose tyres, it ensures optimal grip on various surfaces. With a ground clearance of 184mm and a seat height of 830mm, the highest in Royal EnfieldтАЩs 650cc range, the Bear 650 is ready to take on challenging terrains and urban roads alike.
