‘Delay in delivery of justice a major hindrance’: PM Modi at inaugural session of conference of law ministers, secretaries | India News

NEW DELHI: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday said that it important to break the shackles of colonialism by removing regressing colonial laws, only then India can progress in true sense.
He was addressing the inaugural session of the all India conference of law ministers and law secretaries that was being held at Ekta Nagar in Narmada district of Gujarat via a video message.
The two-day conference is being hosted with the objective to provide a common forum for the policy makers to discuss issues relating to the Indian legal and judicial system.
