Cranston has long been fancast to play the live-action version of James Gordon in a Batman film which, sadly, has never happened. Cranston, however, did voice Gordon in the animated adaptation of Batman: Year One. Giving a brilliant voice performance, Cranston nailed the stress and the hardships of the character very well.
Dalton Trumbo (Trumbo)
