A video of Munde weeping at the condolence meeting has gone viral on social media. “My workers are important to me. Please don’t take such a step, don’t leave your children and family,” she pleaded emotionally. The opposition Maha Vikas Aghadi coalition won 30 of 48 seats in the state, while the BJP secured nine seats, a significant drop from the 23 seats it won in 2019.
