The Bigg Boss season 18, hosted by superstar Bollywood actor Salman Khan, got much interesting with a twist as the first wildcard entrant of the season, Digvijay Singh Rathee, made his appearance in the episode of November 3 (Sunday). Recently, the makers dropped a promo which showed the Bollywood superstar introducing Digvijay as a wild card entry during a special segment along with Splitsvilla co-contestant Kashish Kapoor. Digvijay was part of Splitsvilla X, a MTV dating reality shows where he gained fame through his game strategies. He made it to the final alongside Kashish, but things took a turn, when Kashish choose to take 10 lakh INR and quit the show, choosing the money over winning the task and claiming the trophy, leaving Digvijay heartbroken. It came in a very unexpected way as Digvijay tried to breach security during an IPL 2019 match of Royal Challengers Bengaluru with Kings XI Punjab. He attempted to hug superstar cricketer Virat Kohli although he was immediately caught by security and was taken out of the stadium. As he was trying to escape after hugging Kohli, the star RCB cricketer was also spotted trying to stop the security from being harsh on Digvijay. It was a moment that Digvijay carried in his heart as he shared several Instagram posts with the clips and pictures of his meeting with Virat Kohli.

In another post while doing Splitsvilla, he shared the clip of him hugging Virat Kohli and the JioCinema home page, where the promo featuring him was next to an IPL match featuring Virat Kohli. He shared the video with the caption ‘Bas ab dhang se milna baaki hai’ (Now only meeting properly is left). As he steps into the house of Bigg Boss as the first wildcard contestant of the season, he will definitely consider it as coming one step closer of meeting Virat Kohli properly this time.
