Bigg Boss 18 fans are keenly awaiting the new season with Salman Khan as the host. There were rumours that he would not be a part of the season because of his rib injury. However, that is not the case. Salman Khan is gung-ho about Sikandar and doing his best for A.R. Murugadoss’ film. But it seems the superstar’s management finely adjusted his date diary so that he could manage Bigg Boss 18 as well. This year, Abdu Rozik will also be co-hosting some segments along with the superstar, as per reports. Salman Khan Hiked His Fee for ‘Bigg Boss 18’?

Bigg Boss 18 will be starting from October 5, 2024. For the previous year, he charged Rs 12 crore for every Weekend Ka Vaar. This means around Rs six crore for every episode. In a month, it would be close to Rs 50 crores. As per inside sources, there is a jump in these figures. Salman Khan would be charging close to Rs 60 crore a month for Bigg Boss 18. We know that he has a long association with the channel. Moreover, he is one of the biggest draw of the show. No other host can pull in the TV audience like Salman Khan.

Prospective Celebs in ‘Bigg Boss 18’

Some of the names doing the rounds are Zaan Khan, Surbhi Jyoti, Anita Hassanandani, Samay Raina, Pallav Singh and others. Over the years, we have seen a decline in the number of TV celebs on the show. The OTT versions of Bigg Boss are also quite successful on JioCinema.  Last year, Munawar Faruqui won the show with Abhishek Kumar as the first runners-up.
