Salman Khan was seen arriving at Lilavati Hospital shortly after Baba Siddique was admitted. The actor, who hosts Bigg Boss 18, cancelled his shoot midway to rush to the hospital, but sadly, Siddique succumbed to his injuries during treatment. The news has left the superstar ‘devastated’, with reports indicating that he has been ‘unable to sleep’, reveals India Today. A source was quoted as saying, “Bhai has been on the phone checking on the funeral arrangements and every other detail. He has cancelled all his personal meetings for the next few days.” The actor’s family has requested privacy during this tragic time. Accompanied by his bodyguard Shera, Khan was seen leaving Siddique’s residence on Sunday evening after paying his last respects, with many other members of the actor’s family arriving to honour the former Maharashtra minister. In light of the killing, security measures surrounding Salman Khan, a close friend of Baba Siddique, have been significantly heightened. The last rites of Siddique were performed with full state honours at Bada Qabrastan in Mumbai on October 13.
