A speeding car collided with a stationary crane in Lucknow’s Madiyanv area early Tuesday, killing two young men. The accident occurred around 2:30 a.m. as Naveen (27), son of a retired SDM, and Saurabh (28), son of a police officer, were traveling from Sitapur to Lucknow. Despite airbags deploying, both men were trapped inside the wrecked car for nearly an hour before being rescued. They later succumbed to their injuries at a trauma center.
