‘Turned Me Into a Sex Slave, Injected Fillers,’ Model Files USD 10 Million Abuse Lawsuit Against New York Surgeon
Mumbai, October 24: A lawsuit has been filed against Mahmoud Ammar, alleging that he violently assaulted and turned his girlfriend, Maya Willow Sias, into a “sex slave”, who is 15 years younger than him, inflicting severe injuries, including damage to her eye socket. The USD 10 million suit outlines a disturbing pattern of abuse and control, accusing Mahmoud of using his authority as a medical professional to manipulate and harm Sias.
Maya Willow Sias, a US model, has alleged that Ammar was a drug-abusing sex addict with a history of violent behaviour towards women. Ammar allegedly attempted to hide his abuse by taking Sias to his medical spa, Alinea, where he injected filler into her swollen eye without providing anaesthesia or pain relief. The procedure was supposedly carried out to mask the bruises and injuries caused by Ammar, Ndtv World reported. Their relationship started in April 2023 on a Miami yacht, where Ammar, who was already involved with someone else, suggested a threesome. Though she declined, she found him charming, and they stayed in touch. Later, while visiting New York City for a modelling job, Ammar impressed her with a romantic date, lavish gifts, and trips to Dubai and Miami. However, things soon took a dark turn. Sias claimed Ammar frequently used ketamine and synthetic drugs, becoming increasingly violent. Eventually, he offered to move her belongings from North Carolina to his Fifth Avenue home. The lawsuit describes a brutal night when Sias was beaten unconscious by Ammar after confronting him for partying with prostitutes. According to the suit, Mahmoud violently attacked her, leaving her with a swollen eye and severe bruises and forcing her to take ketamine to keep her “obedient.” He also prescribed her antidepressants to control her further.
Ammar forced her to participate in non-consensual sexual activities with strangers, sexually assaulting her while she was unconscious, and physically restraining and threatening her,” according to the lawsuit. Ammar forced Sias to stay in his apartment, tracking her movements through her phone and threatening her with consequences if she tried to leave. Sias eventually escaped when she travelled to California for work, never returning and leaving her belongings behind. Adding to the disturbing allegations, Ammar’s ex-wife has also accused him of physical abuse in an ongoing lawsuit dating back to 2014.
