In a recent interview with Times of India, Fardeen Khan opened up about his personal life and the challenges behind conceiving their daughter. Fardeen, who was already going through a tough period in 2009 after the passing of his father and legendary Bollywood actor Feroz Khan, revealed that he and his wife were also facing challenges in having a child. He revealed that it was his wife, Natasha Madhvani, who decided to go for IVF treatment. He said, “We were having challenges in having children, and that’s when we decided to take the IVF route.”

Opening up about his sudden disappearance from acting, Farden Khan revealed that the process took longer than expected, which is why he decided to take some time off. He said, “That’s why I needed to take some time off. It wasn’t meant to be this long. I thought that only for a few years and then get everything settled. However, things didn’t happen that way.” Sharing his feelings about the immense joy his daughter’s arrival gave him, Fardeen said, “When my daughter was born, my heart melted, and I thought, let’s spend some time with her. ” Fardeen revealed that he was enjoying his fatherhood duties so much that he didn’t feel like making a return.

After welcoming a daughter in 2013, Fardeen Khan also became father to a son, Azarius, in 2017. On the work front, Fardeen Khan will be next seen in Tarun Mansukhani’s Housefull 5. The upcoming instalment of the comedy franchise is loaded with a star-studded cast, including Akshay Kumar, Riteish Deshmukh, Abhishek Bachchan, Fardeen Khan, Shreyas Talpade, Nikitin Dheer, Dino Morea, Johnny Lever, Jacqueline Fernandez, Sonam Bajwa, Chitrangda Singh, and Soundarya Sharma, among others. Housefull 5 is set to release in the theatres on June 6, 2025.
