New Delhi, May 19: Nissan is testing its upcoming compact SUV, the Magnite facelift, in India, hinting at an imminent launch. The facelifted version of the Nissan Magnite is anticipated to bring some interesting changes to the SUV. Recently, spy shots of the Nissan Magnite facelift have revealed some design changes that are expected to improve the appearance of the upcoming compact SUV from Nissan.
As per a report of Autocar India, Nissan has been testing the Magnite facelift in India for several months now. The Nissan Magnite facelift will likely maintain the same engine choices as the current model. The facelift version of Nissan Magnite is expected to offer 1.0L petrol and turbo petrol engine options, which is anticipated to be paired with a 5-speed manual and AMT transmission. Currently, the 1.0L petrol engine delivers 72hp of power and 96Nm of torque and the turbo version delivers 100hp of power and 160Nm of torque.

Although Nissan has not officially announced a launch date for the Magnite facelift but it is anticipated that the arrival of the SUV might take place in the early part of next year.
