Police are investigating a violent incident outside an elementary school in southwest Calgary.
One person was seriously injured in what is believed to have been a targeted attack, say police.
CBC News observed several police vehicles parked in front of John Costello Catholic School, in the community of Strathcona Park, on Tuesday morning.
