J.K. Rowling revealed sheтАЩs been facing major backlash ever since those controversial comments about the transgender community.
The Harry Potter author shared a message from a social media user Monday who said тАЬI wish you a very nice pipebomb in the mailbox.тАЭ
She then said, тАЬTo be fair, when you canтАЩt get a woman sacked, arrested or dropped by her publisher, and cancelling her only made her book sales go up, thereтАЩs really only one place to go.тАЭ
Rowling then wrote that тАЬhundreds of trans activistsтАЭ have threatened to тАЬbeat, rape, assassinate and bombтАЭ her, adding sarcastically that sheтАЩs realized that тАЬthis movement poses no risk to women whatsoever.тАЭ
