TVS X Launched: Know All About Price, Specifications and Features of TVS Company’s New Electric Scooter
Mumbai, August 24: TVS has embarked on the e-scooter market and has launched its most anticipated and advanced e-scooter ‘X’ for the Indian EVs market at Rs 2.5 lakhs. The e-scooter TVS X was unveiled at a Dubai event on August 23. The flagship e-scooter is based on the TVS’s new ‘Xleton’ architecture and offers a 140km range and many advanced features for Indian riders.
TVS X comes in an aluminium alloy frame, which, according to reports, is 2.5 times stiffer than the traditional frames. The under-seat capacity of the two-wheeler is 19 litres only, with a wheelbase of 1,285mm, ground clearance of 175mm, and 770mm in height.
Design and Color:
TVS X comes in sleek, aerodynamic looks and Sculptural Bodywork that follows elegant curves and lines. The design provides a perfect balance to the rider with the help of rear mono-shock geometry and an intelligently designed powertrain. The newly implemented technology called ‘Smart Hill Hold’ gives the riders effortless vehicle control. Build of TVS X:
TVS X E-Scooter is meticulously cast and has a hybrid aluminium frame, and the rear subframe is monocast, which perfectly suits the battery. At the rear, you also have the battery pack, and the design helps in the 50/50 weight balance of the rider. The 12-inch tyres of TVS X are based on silica compound for resistance in low-rolling situations. The EV has 26 LEDs in the headlight and offers independent customisations.
Advanced Features:
The newly launched TVS X packs many advanced features that give a premium experience to the riders. The spotlight of the electric vehicle comes with TVS LED Tech 2.0 and Razor Pulse features to keep your road illuminated. The X-Tilt TFT panoramic display of the EV is 10.2-inch tiltable and offers all the controls right on the screen. TVS X display helps you control Razor Pulse Headlamps and Customisable Lightening Signatures and lets riders choose your Complimenting Sound profile. The other features include TVS’s own X Connect OS that runs on NavPro UI with built-in maps from Here Maps for easy navigation. The 4.4Wk battery pack offers a range of 140km and can be charged to 50% in just 50 minutes. TVS X will soon be available in your nearby TVS stores with new colours.
